Mary Serafino is a seasoned professional in Catholic communications, serving the Church and Her leaders with mission-driven communications strategy and skills that are rooted in pastoral disciplines, spiritual depth, and the importance of connection. Her work spans diocesan outreach, clergy formation, pro-life advocacy, and parish ministry. She has led multi-million dollar development campaigns, pastoral outreach, and episcopal support while also creating strategic marketing efforts to promote non-profit programs and services.

Mary is known for her heartfelt approach to mission, accompaniment, and renewal in the Church, bringing a gift for storytelling to the Church that inspires hope and highlights the hearts of both God and His people. Mary is also a trained catechist with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd with children 0-9 years of age and serves in her local atrium. In 2025, Mary met His Holiness Pope Leo XIV and presented him with a sample of her work in apostolic communication, committing her efforts to the cause of “disarming the world with the word.”
